Warranty for INGCO products

Standard warranty

We offer a standard warranty for all our products in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.

Extended warranty up to 36 months
For customers who take care of their instruments, we offer an extended warranty of up to 36 months. Conditions:
• The extended warranty is valid only if Mandatory Technical Maintenance (MTM) is performed once every 6 months.
• MTM includes preventive maintenance work:
o Cleaning and lubrication of mechanisms.
o Replacing oil, filters, brushes and other consumables.
o Checking and replacing worn parts.
MTM features
• Mandatory technical maintenance is performed in authorized INGCO service centers.
• MTM services are paid by the customer.
• Regular maintenance helps extend the life of the instrument and ensure optimal operation.
