Tool Warranty Summary
Your tool is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. During this period, you are entitled to free repairs for any manufacturing defects.
What the Warranty Covers
Manufacturing defects: Any malfunction or failure resulting from a manufacturing defect will be repaired free of charge.
What the Warranty Does NOT Cover (Paid Services)
The warranty does not cover the following items or situations, and their repair or replacement will incur a fee:
Interchangeable accessories and equipment: Discs, blades, drills, chucks, sanding pads, filters, etc.
Wear parts: Carbon brushes, drive belts, sealing rings, protective housings, idler rollers, rubber gaskets, bearings, belts and toothed wheels, barrels, etc.
Power cords: If the insulation is damaged.
Replacement of the power tool case.
Cases Where the Warranty is Voided
The warranty will not apply (and repairs will be chargeable) in the following situations:
Improper use: If the tool is used for purposes other than those specified in the instruction manual.
Overload: Failure of motor windings due to overload.
Mechanical damage: Any physical damage to the tool.
External causes: Failures due to third-party actions, force majeure, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, aggressive environments, or high temperatures.
Normal wear and tear: Wear due to normal use of the tool (e.g., heavy internal or external contamination, rust, worn lubricant in the gearbox).
Power surges: Damage caused by voltage fluctuations.
Improper storage or transport: Non-compliance with storage and transport guidelines.
Unauthorized modification or repair attempts: Any attempt to open, repair, modify, or lubricate the power tool by an unauthorized person during the warranty period.
Lack of maintenance: Failures related to insufficient maintenance of the power tool.
Disassembled tool: If the tool is partially or completely disassembled.
Special Services
Preventive maintenance: Cleaning, rinsing, and lubricant changes are free services during the warranty period.
Diagnosis: You authorize the service center to perform a diagnosis in your absence. Any warranty condition violations will be reported to you after this diagnosis.
