Our limited warranty coverage covers the entire line of tools against manufacturing defects for a stated period of one year. For power tool, we will repair/replace free of charge with original factory parts when any failure occurs due to material defect; this prior to a diagnosis by the Authorized Service Workshop.

This warranty applies to manufacturing component failures; not to parts that suffer damage due to normal wear of the equipment; such as, for example: carbons, bearings, switches, bases, pads, posts, filters, seals, diaphragms, chucks, among others.

The following are excluded from the warranty:

1) Normal wear and tear.

2) Improper applications, such as overloading devices and the use of unapproved accessories.

3) The tool was used for a different job/purpose for which it was manufactured.

4) The product has been opened/repaired by an unauthorized person.

5) Lack of basic maintenance.

6) Incomplete or partially disarmed equipment.

7) Damage caused by not following instructions; for example: connection to the wrong mains voltage or failure to follow the installation instructions.

8) Damage caused by external influences, use of force or foreign bodies.

9) Alterations that affect the performance of the equipment.

10) Alterations in the purchase invoice.

Product sold to the End User

The product that fails after having been used by the consumer and has less than the warranty period indicated by the brand (1 year); It must be directed to an Authorized Service Workshop for proper diagnosis. The Electric tool must have its respective invoice; since in the event of being validated as a guarantee, said document will serve as backup.

If the Authorized Service Workshop determines that it is not a warranty case, the end user must pay TAS the costs of labor and spare parts for said service.

The Process is:

Present the equipment along with the original purchase invoice; either where you purchased the product or take it to the Authorized Person assigned by the brand for its respective evaluation.
