FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
  • Q1.
What should I do when my power tool overheats after long periods of usage?
Run the tool with no load for 5 to 10 minutes to cool it down rapidly.
  • Q2.
How do I care for my Lithium-Ion battery?
Lithium-Ion batteries should be stored in a cool, dry place. Do not use or store them in a high temperature environment. If a battery has been stored for 2 years without use, fully discharge it and then charge it up to 30%.
  • Q3.
What is the mixing ratio for 2-stroke engine products?
For all 2-stroke engines, the mixing ratio of engine oil and fuel is stated in the manual and on the machine body. Your equipment may vary, so checking the manual before adding the mixed fuel and oil is important. When you use the engine for the first time a higher oil mixing ratio is recommended.
  • Q4.
Why does the impact of my rotary hammer or demolition breaker feel weak, despite applying a lot of pressure?
The impact force of a rotary hammer and demolition breaker is created by the internal impact hammer striking the drill bit. When too much pressure is applied, the drill bit does not rebound in place and the impact is weakened. The correct amount of pressure should be applied to ensure proper functioning.
  • Q5.
How do I know when it is time to replace the carbon brushes?
When the spark between the brushes and the commutator appears more often and brighter, it is time to replace the brushes. Damaged or worn carbon brushes may cause damage to the commutator.
  • Q6.
What do I do when the impact function of my rotary hammer or demolition breaker weakens after some time?
Check if the piston / cylinder is well greased. Apply more grease if needed. Should the problem persist, check the O ring of the piston for wear and replace it if it is worn.
