INGCO SERVICE

INGCO promises that none of the power tools marketed are defective in design, materials, construction, packaging or information and that they offer the conditions of suitability, quality and safety required for the type of product delivered. The term of this warranty is one (1) year from the date of purchase by the end user. The foregoing is subject to certain exceptions and in any case shall be verified and adjusted in accordance with Law 1480 of 2011.

Warranty:

- Repairs or replacements at no cost to the end user.

- Products with manufacturing defects.

- Equipment must be within the term established by the brand.

No Warranty:

- Products outside their warranty period.

- Equipment that within its period presents failures caused by normal wear and

  normal wear and tear.

- Misuse and/or mistreatment.

What is a Warranty?

It is the temporary, joint and several obligations of the producer and the supplier, to respond for the good condition of the product and its conformity

for the good condition of the product and its conformity with the conditions of suitability, quality and safety legally required or offered.

For INGCO, it is the support commitment offered for any of its products that have been chosen by an end user, always under established conditions, for a determined period of time.

General Warranty Procedure

1. Review and diagnosis by an Authorized Service Center.

The CAS will determine if the failure is due to errors in design, materials or construction and will validate if it applies as warranty.

2. Present the purchase invoice of the product.

It is necessary to determine the time elapsed since the purchase of the tool and validate the terms of the warranty.

3. Once the warranty condition is determined, the defective parts will be repaired or replaced. If the tool cannot be repaired, it will be replaced.
